Add expected salary to your profile for insightsAbout the RoleIntegrity Business College is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Business Trainer to join our team on a casual contract basis, with the potential for 24 days per week during business hours throughout the year.In this role, you will deliver nationally recognised Business Services qualifications from Certificate II in Workplace Skills through to Certificate IV in Business to a diverse group of trainees located across Australia.Delivery format includes:Onsite training at our Docklands (VIC) campusLive virtual classes for regional and interstate studentsThis is a contract trainer position offering a competitive daily rate, with additional remuneration for assessment marking completed outside of scheduled class hours.Youll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, with access to structured learning resources and a strong commitment to student outcomes.What Youll Be DoingDelivering engaging and informative training sessions across a range of Business Services units, tailored to meet the needs of both onsite and remote learnersAssessing student work and providing clear, constructive feedback to support progress and competency developmentMaintaining accurate records, including attendance, assessment outcomes, and student engagement, in line with RTO and regulatory requirementsWorking closely with the training and compliance team to continuously improve the learning experience and uphold the quality of our deliveryWhat Were Looking ForA Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116) or equivalent teaching/vocational qualifications (VIT registration is highly regarded but not essential)Relevant industry experience or qualifications in Business at Certificate IV level or higherDemonstrated experience in delivering vocational education and training, preferably in Business Services or within the education sectorSolid understanding of the Australian VET system, including compliance and regulatory requirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse learnersConfidence using digital tools and platforms to support virtual and blended deliveryA collaborative and flexible mindset, with a proactive and student-centred approach to trainingWhat we offerAt Integrity Business College, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
