From lower CPMs to increased ROAS, your work will be pivotal in driving growth for our business.But this isnt just any role. We need a Meta Ads pro someone whos hungry to take their campaigns to the next level, with a knack for generating performance-driven results. Youll need to have your finger on the pulse of everything Facebook ads, copywriting, and conversion funnels.These things are your life :Landing pagesWebinarsKey Responsibilities:Plan, launch, and manage high-performance Meta ad campaigns.Analyse and optimise campaigns to maximise ROI.Create engaging ad creatives that captivate and convert.Monitor analytics, conduct A/B testing, and scale campaigns effectively.Maintain ROAS/CPL targets with ongoing optimisation.Collaborate with our in-house team of marketers to deliver exceptional results.About You:Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and a solid track record of successful campaigns.Passionate about digital marketing and staying ahead of trends.Strong copywriting and creative skills you know what grabs attention.Ability to analyse data and implement performance improvements.Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple projects at once.A positive problem-solving attitude with a thirst for learning and growth.Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.Familiarity with Photoshop and other creative tools.The results?Youll be a key player in delivering off-market property deals to our clients that no one else can find.
