About The Role We are seeking three experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse Team Leaders to lead, motivate, and coach teams across Main Floor Picking, Replenishment, and Dispatch on afternoon shift at our new, state-of-the-art DC in Tullamarine. The hours are 3.30pm to 11.30pm. You will have opportunities to upskill and rotate across teams. The primary focus is to lead the team to ensure accurate and efficient order picking through to dispatch, maintaining efficient and safe operations within set timeframes. Reporting to the DC Team Manager, duties include: Training and supporting staff in the use of MLS-WMS and related procedures for inbound, picking, packing, and replenishment. Leading your team to complete put-away from GR within 24 hours of receipt. Ensuring pick accuracy to minimize inventory loss and maximize customer satisfaction. Optimizing and timely replenishment of pick faces. Working with the Inventory Team to resolve inventory discrepancies promptly. Supporting the cycle count program. Managing MHE resources to meet targets for receiving and putaway. Planning labor hours accurately. Reporting on KPIs regularly to exceed targets. Maintaining clean and tidy aisles and pick faces. Adhering to Work Health and Safety standards and company policies. About You The successful candidate will have a strong team-leading background in a fast-paced DC environment and a passion for motivating teams. You are hands-on, lead by example, and committed to delivering excellent service while promoting safe work practices. Skills and attributes include: Preferably knowledge of SAP EWM. Strong organizational and process improvement skills. Ability to train staff on warehouse management systems including SAP EWM. Ability to meet strict deadlines and stay calm under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. At least 2 years of experience with complex WMS for inbound, outbound, and inventory processes. Experience managing large teams in a warehouse of 20,000+ pallets, with skills in picking, replenishment, and cycle counting. Ability to foster a positive, fun, and supportive team culture.
