You will play a crucial role in establishing relationships and marketing our companys brand in a way that is positive, honest, and professional.You would be a great fit for our team if you like to combine superior listening and communication skills with an outgoing personality to build an instant rapport. If you enjoy talking to people and helping people see the value in new products, this is the job for you! Whilst initially this role will be based in the office, this could include flexible work in time.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with current clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionUnderstand customer needs and recommend tailored IT solutions, including managed services, hardware (e.g., printers), and software offeringsProactively identify and qualify new business opportunities via warm outreachCollaborate with internal teams (technical, regional sales, marketing) to deliver compelling proposals and solutionsTrack all activities through SalesforceWhat Were Looking For13 years of experience in a phone-based sales or account management role (preferably in IT services, tech, or office equipment)Strong phone presence, communication, and interpersonal skillsWillingness to learn and an interest in professional developmentComfortable with Salesforce or similar CRMsAbility to understand and explain technical products and services in simple termsDesire to be a part of a teamAgile, with the tools to switch between relationship management and sales discussions as needed(Advantageous) Familiarity with printer solutions, managed services, or cloud technologiesWhy Join Us?We want you to be successful and this starts at the very start.
