Presenting a rare opportunity to lead Cornwall Hotel in Moonta, boasting a Public Bar, Gaming Facilities and accommodation. Your input will be sought in identifying areas for development. You will be responsible for driving the performance of your venue through achieving budgets and implementing plans in line with the business objectives.Key responsibilities:Hands-on leadership and accountability of your team, including supervision and evaluation ofperformancesCreating and maintaining an atmosphere where customer service standards can thriveDriving sales to meet your targets and budgetsProduct procurement and creating quality food and beverage offersControlling operational costsCompliance in both regulatory and company standardsParticipating in and contributing to group management, marketing, and finance projectsStrong planning and forecasting ability in regards to local events and functionsThe successful applicant will:Have suitable experience in hospitality managementHave a strong understanding of the hotelindustry, market trends, customer service standards, and how to exceed themThe ability to engage and build relationships with regular clienteleHave astrong business acumenHave a professional manner and presentationBe available weekends and nightsLead from the front and set the best of examplesHave correct certificates and licenses RP, RSA, and Gaming CertificationsPlease provide a cover letter with your applications.
