The Company:One of Australia''s biggest home-building companies with operations across Melbourne and other major cities in Australia, their mission is to be the leader in the townhouse building industry by championing innovations, setting a higher quality standard in building homes, and placing their valued clients at the heart of everything they do.Position Objective:As a Senior Building Coordinator, across both pre-site and on-site duties, you will be responsible for guiding wholesale investor partners and channel clients through their new home build process from start to finish.Ensuring that the clients receive top-tier support, proactive communication and a personalised service, fostering trust and satisfaction. You will do this by working closely with internal and external teams to ensure all activities are coordinated in a timely and proficient manner in line with company standards.The role works on the wholesale side of the business, working closely with sales channel partners. There is no customer contact in this role.The Senior Building Coordinator is also responsible for the administration of residential construction builds from sales accept through to completion.
