Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, youll be responsible for ensuring our locations are not only safe and functional but also reflect the high standards of experience and community The Commons is known for. This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for someone with a passion for operational excellence, an eye for detail, and a proactive mindset. You''ll lead the delivery of facilities management programs, oversee vendor and contractor relationships, ensure WHS compliance, and implement continuous improvements across all sites. You''ll also act as a mentor and key support for our Community Teams, helping to upskill and guide them in day-to-day facilities troubleshooting and upkeep.
