The Opportunity As a Field Service Technician (FST), you will actively engage with customers onsite, providing support through the ongoing inspection, maintenance, and servicing of Bullivants products. Our FSTs are hands-on and ensure products are functioning optimally and meeting the highest standards of safety and reliability. About The Role Support with on and off-site inspections of lifting equipment (including test and tag) Inspect and install height safety systems to relevant standards Conduct regular maintenance and service repairs on products and equipment Build strong relationships with customers and provide relevant advice on quality products Maintain 100% commitment to personal and business safety Work on customer sites and liaise with clients effectively About You Demonstrated technical service experience, preferably within a manufacturing background Customer-focused with the ability to develop strong client relationships Capable of working in physically demanding roles Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work autonomously with a strong mechanical aptitude Strong problem-solving and time management skills Relevant tickets/licenses, including Dogging and Working at Heights, are highly desirable This is a permanent, full-time position based at Bullivants Darwin. Regular travel to customer sites across the region will be required.
