The Program Officer, Aged Care provides high-level support for the development, implementation and delivery of aged care services across Home Care Packages (HCP), the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), and the emerging Support at Home Program (SaHP).This role supports program development, quality improvement, data management, and care planning activities while contributing to the efficient and compliant day-to-day functioning of the aged care team.The position plays a key role in enhancing program coordination, client service experience, and organisational readiness for aged care reform.Based in Queanbeyan, this position is a full-time opportunity, available to 30 June 2026, with the possibility of extension.
