Your leadership will help ensure child-focused, culturally safe, and trauma-informed practice across the service.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this dynamic role, you will: Provide leadership, supervision and clinical oversight to a multidisciplinary team Ensure high-quality, compliant delivery of FDR and related support services Oversee intake, assessment, and family dispute resolution processes Collaborate with external partners, including courts, legal services, and family violence organisations Support workforce development, team culture, and continuous practice improvementAbout YouYou will bring: A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Law, Social Sciences or related field Knowledge of Family Law and Family Dispute Resolution (advantageous) Proven experience leading or supervising clinical or family law-related services Strong knowledge of the Family Law Act 1975, DSS funding guidelines and risk frameworks Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills A commitment to UMFCs values and trauma-informed principlesAfter submitting your resume, you will receive an email with a link to complete the screening questions.
