Our foundation traces back over 15 years, with our roots being formed through international business and technology consulting, and focused on Automation and Quality Engineering.Over the last several years, we have could work closely with our partners and clients, not only to design and implement cutting-edge solutions, but to forward evaluate what we believe the best value business and technology solutions will be required; solutions focused on developing re-usable assets delivering velocity, quality, and cost-efficiency across automation for business, process, and technology.With a portfolio and thriving business that includes test, build, IoT, and DevOps automation, Innovo has developed leading RPA and CDR practices that are delivering real-world advantages and cost efficiencies, providing a difference, driving productivity, and utilising technology to deliver business outcomes.Our fusion of decades of business consulting experience, quality-first focus, and extensive technical capabilities ensures we deliver quality outcomes, delivering your desired outcomes quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality.Responsibilities include:Identifying and designing business processes for automation;Design, implement, and test automated workflows;Deployment of RPA components: bots, robots and development tools;Support the implementation of RPA solutions;Create process documentation;Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and identifying potential bugs.Required skills for RPA Developer include:Minimum 3+ years of experience in a software development role;Experience using implementing RPA solutions with UiPath;Experience architecting and developing workflow-based solutions or functionality;Experience with web development technologies preferred;Must be able to multitask and willing to work on multiple projects at a given time;Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients;Ability to work to deadlines and manage expectations;Ability to present technical details to non-technical stakeholders;Problem-solving skills;Proficiency in programming languages, such as C, C++, C#, Java, Python or .NET;Experience with Agile development methodologyUnderstanding of workflow-based logic.Interested in knowing more about us?
