This role is covering for someone on leave.The Main Responsibilities IncludeProvide high level administrative support to the Office including ordering IT equipment, stationery, and consumablesDevelop and maintain detailed filing systems, spreadsheets, databases, websites and other administrative systemsReview and monitor finance administration requestsManage the induction/new starter process for all new staff for the OfficeAct as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholdersUndertake data entry and data extraction from various systems including the Governance, Risk and Compliance systemOrganise, support and promote Office training and events, including booking and setting up rooms, organising catering, assisting with setting up programs, assisting with registrations, collating and distributing materials, communicating with presenters, and recordingAssist with updating website content and materials as directed, including communications, content on Teams site and Sharepoint, and EDMs through chosen toolsWho You AreWe are looking for someone who is aligned with UNSWs vision and values and comes with:Demonstrated previous experience in an administrative role (essential) and providing effective customer service and support to clients at all levels. Previous experience in higher education will be highly desirableAdvanced time management, organisational and problem-solving skillsWell-developed interpersonal and written and verbal communication skillsHighly proficient computer literacy with excellent skills in Microsoft Office applicationsThe role is part time, 4 days a week (no preferred days). The contract will end at the end of September 2025 no planned extension past this date at this point.
