What''s on offer? As a Relationship Manager you will ensure Boutique Homes and Homebuyers Centre provide best in market House and Land packages. With a focus on communication you will build influential working relationships with Sales, Marketing, Developers and Sales Agents. You can expect to be central to the success of our Exclusive Lot Program and the health of our Developer Relationships by identifying leads and potential sales. Traveling throughout Victoria your key focus areas will include: * Intimate knowledge of home types, price points and customer demand * New business and marketing opportunities * Source and negotiate unique exclusive land allocations * Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting * Develop and maintain relationships * Negotiate deal structures with Developers and Agent Partners What can you bring? Your prior experience in the residential construction industry, ability to maintain meaningful relationships and drive to achieve results. You will have a proactive approach to your work and will thrive in a team environment.
