This role, based in Sydney, can be permanent part-time or full-time, offering flexibility for the right candidate.Your RoleAs Business Development Manager, you will be pivotal in identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and strengthening our position in the industry. Working closely with the leadership team, you will develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth, foster partnerships, and enhance Newton Fishers competitive edge.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development Strategy: Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company objectives. Identify target markets, industries, and potential clients to drive expansion.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact. Ensure timely and effective communication to address client needs.Lead Generation & Prospecting: Conduct market research, networking, and outreach to generate leads. Identify key decision-makers and tailor proposals to highlight our expertise.Proposal Development & Contract Negotiation: Prepare persuasive presentations, proposals, and pitches. Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with marketing, project management, and technical teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, including pipeline development, revenue targets, and client feedback.
