This is the perfect next step for a recruiter ready to level up with guidance and input from the founders into a more strategic role across recruitment, client engagement, and business development.The role will begin by owning the recruitment function and contributing to ongoing client delivery. Over time, you''ll have the opportunity to build deeper relationships, lead client accounts, and contribute to new business growth. You''ll be empowered to shape your path with the full support and mentorship of the founders.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain a dynamic database of IT consultants across key verticals (Cloud, Data/AI, Cyber, DevOps, etc.)Actively source and pre-qualify candidates for current and future client needsTrack consultant availability, market trends, and project readinessStay connected with your network to ensure Bexton remains top of mindRespond to panel requests and ad hoc recruitment needs across public and private sector clients.Shortlist and present candidates who are technically aligned, available, and culturally suitedCommunicate effectively between consultants and clients to ensure a smooth process.Maintain a high standard of candidate representation and delivery performance.3. Client Relationship & Account ManagementAct as the primary contact for allocated clientsAttend client meetings and provide updates on delivery progress and candidate status.Work with internal consultants to ensure delivery is aligned to expectations.Build lasting client partnerships by delivering value and being a trusted advisor.4.
