The firm delivers high-quality tax, compliance, and strategic advice to a broad range of private clients, SMEs, and startups.This is a leadership role with direct exposure to senior management, offering a mix of client responsibility, team oversight, and advisory work.Key ResponsibilitiesDirectly report to the Associate Directors and Managing DirectorPrepare financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individualsManage BAS, FBT, GST, Payroll Tax, and other statutory complianceAssist with tax planning, entity setups, and business structuringMaintain and grow strong client relationshipsLiaise with internal and external stakeholdersAllocate, review, and manage the workflow of 23 junior accountantsMentor team members and ensure timely, accurate outcomesAbout You5+ years'' experience in tax and/or business advisoryConfident communicator and trusted client liaisonStrong organisation and time management skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and outcome-drivenAt least 2 years in a leadership or review role (desirable)SMSF knowledge (desirable)Why Join Us?Salary highly competitive, and dependent on experienceCollaborative, people-first culture (certified Great Place to Work)Direct exposure to Senior LeadershipTraining, Seminars and WorkshopsGenuine opportunity for progression to PartnerElevateOne Recruitment respects and seeks to understand different backgrounds, recognising the power of diversity.
