We are not about the quick wins, we are about sustained, long term growth.About us:Small, dedicated teamAward finalists for search and web awardsData first, so numbers are key!We genuinely love our clientsOur office security is Zali, our resident rescue dog (staff).Our Values:Do the job you loveTransparency and Accessibility FirstProgressiveRespectfully honestValue DrivenChange the industry: One day at a timeResponsibilities:As our SEO Specialist, you will:Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive organic traffic and lead generation for our clients.Have experience across On-Page, Content, and Off-page SEO.Have worked with GA4.Optimise website content and structure for improved search engine visibility.Collaborate with our internal content creators to ensure high-quality, SEO-friendly content.Love reporting and updating the internal team and clients regularlyMonitor and analyse website performance using analytics tools.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes.Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance SEO efforts continually.Requirements:3+ years in SEOProblem Solving expertiseAgency experience highly desirableProven experience in SEO, with a track record of achieving results.In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, algorithms & ranking factors.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Technical SEO experienceProficiency with SEO tools and analytics platforms.A passion for staying updated on the latest digital marketing trends.Confident and curious nature - SEO is ever changing, and you''ll be up to date with the latest updates and changeMust be Melbourne based as the role is HYBRID with two-three days a week in the office in Richmond.How to Apply:If you''re excited to join our team and help businesses succeed through SEO, we''d love to hear from you!
