You will also be responsible for ensuring services are delivered as per best practice and aligned to funding and contractual obligations.Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and support to a team of Child & Family Practitioners and Youth Workers.Monitor team caseloads and offer practical hands-on support where needed.Ensure programs are delivered to a high standard and in line with client needs, funding, budgets & business plansEnsure compliance with service delivery legislation, standards, contracts & policy.Proactively identify risks and emerging issues impacting service deliverySkills & ExperienceRecognised Human Services or other relevant qualification.Significant experience in the child protection and out of home care sector.Strong coordination, leadership and peer support skills.Highly developed critical thinking and reflective practice skillsHigh level communication, influencing, liaison, negotiation and mediation skills.Current Drivers Licence.Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and any relevant stated based checks.How to ApplyInclude your resume and covering letter in one document, click Apply and follow the prompts.
