We are looking for a Project Manager - Facility Planning for a 5-month temporary assignment supporting the delivery of capital, infrastructure, and change projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in accommodation and spatial planning, who can lead project delivery across multiple service locations.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end delivery of construction and refurbishment projectsProcure and coordinate consultants and contractorsOversee design development, delivery, and commissioning phasesLead spatial mapping and master accommodation planningSupport change management and service transition processesKey Requirements:Proven experience in facility or accommodation planningStrong project management background in infrastructure or capital worksAbility to manage stakeholder relationships and project documentationFamiliarity with spatial planning tools and methodologiesExperience leading change in operational or clinical service environmentsThis is a great opportunity to step into a hands-on project role with real impact.
