This newly created role is a key part of our onshore capability uplift, helping reduce complexity, resolve integration issues, and create a better experience for our teams across the business.About the roleWe''re looking for someone who loves solving problems and getting things right. You''ll play a critical role in supporting payroll processes, investigating errors, and helping the business move toward smarter, cleaner system integrations.What you''ll be doingTroubleshoot payroll-related integration issues and data errorsPartner with HR, Payroll, and Systems to streamline workflowsRespond to stakeholder queries with clarity and confidenceImprove compliance, documentation, and reporting practicesHelp resolve issues during critical payroll periodsProactively contribute ideas to improve system performance and accuracyWho we''re looking forYou''ve got experience in payroll operations and feel comfortable in the grey-solving problems, asking questions, and making things better.
