Your role focuses on prospecting, client engagement, solution selling, and revenue growth. You will work closely with the Sales Manager, Presales, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and prospect new business opportunities.Develop relationships with new and existing customers to drive revenue growth.Collaborate with Presales Lead Engineers team to prepare and conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and solution-based discussions with customers.Understand customer needs and propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.Negotiate contracts and close deals in a timely and profitable manner.Serve as a key point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and uncover upselling opportunities.Maintain a deep understanding of DiGiCORs products, services, and competitive advantages.Manage and track all sales activities within CRM (NetSuite) to ensure accurate forecasting.Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales progress, pipeline health, and revenue performance.Meet (and if better, exceed!) individual and team sales targets.Collaboration & Cross-Functional EngagementWork closely with Presales and technical teams to align solutions with customer needs.Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead generation and brand positioning.Qualifications & Skills RequiredDegree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.A can-do attitude and the willingness to learnAbility to think strategically and handle objections.Familiarity with CRM platforms (NetSuite, Salesforce) is an advantage.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Revenue Growth: Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.Lead Conversion: Percentage of qualified leads converted into customers.Customer Retention: Maintaining strong relationships and repeat business.Sales Activity: Number of client interactions, meetings, and proposals submitted.Customer Satisfaction: Positive feedback and minimal escalations.Tools & Technologies UsedSupportive environment and work colleagues (we are very proud of our friendly team here!)Management that actively listen to your suggestions and determine your next best course of actionDiscounts on DiGiCOR Products and OfferingsCompetitive salary and sales bonuses based on merits and contribution values.If you are interested in the role, please apply via Application Form: #J-18808-Ljbffr
