Our knowledge and dedication to help businesses prosper is second to none.Integrity Business Centre has an exciting and rare opportunity for an Office Manager at our conveniently located Osborne Park office. This role would suit someone with previous management experience and is available for immediate start.Hours:The successful applicant will be available to work Monday to Friday 9:30am-2:30pm with flexibility to cover leave and other absences.The Role:Were looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our team and play a vital role in our continued success.As the Office Manager, youll be responsible for the overall management of the company''s administrative functions including:Providing leadership and direction to the Administration TeamLiaising with the director to ensure company procedures and documentation are accurate and followed by all staffReviewing and monitoring client communicationManaging invoicing and data processingHandling sales and leasing office spaceAnswering phones and managing diariesQualifications and Requirements:Experience in an office management roleStrong understanding of administrative software including XeroExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to negotiate client contractsWe offer a competitive salary for the right candidate, with commissions available.
