As a Creative Optimisation Manager at Xero, your role will involve analysing data, identifying trends, and creating personalised and engaging ad content. You will drive the global creative optimisation agenda for our Performance Marketing team by combining landing page and creative optimisation into a unified strategy and you will have the opportunity to drive outsized impact via the deployment of highly sophisticated user journeys that match the users'' intent and drive conversions.
