In this role, you will assist with the maintenance of all facilities and equipment within our civils division. You will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities operate at optimal levels and that all equipment functions properly.Key Responsibilities:Hands-on repairs and diagnosticsArranging maintenance tasksCoordinating maintenance subcontractorsOrdering/Purchasing parts (Experience with Pronto desirable)Work order managementHSE compliance reporting and inspectionsRequirements:Australian recognised Heavy Diesel Fitter trade qualification (minimum 5 years post-trade)Diagnostic abilities (CAT, Volvo)Experience with earthmoving equipment (from skid steer to A60)High level of computer literacyStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of maintenance practices and proceduresAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyWHY MLG?Excellent employee referral program, Bring the Crew with you!
