This role is about turning curious leads into confident traders and making sure their first experience with Fusion Markets is a great one. You''ll be talking to people from all over the world, helping them get started, stay active, and feel supported. You bring energy, initiative, and a knack for making things happen, without needing to be asked twice. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:Working inbound and outbound leads across global markets, guiding clients through onboarding, activation, and funding.Supporting sales and partner teams with lead generation, account management, and client engagement.Collaborating with the Head of Sales on growth initiatives and ensure compliance with all internal and regulatory standards.Building strong relationships with clients and provide tailored support where needed.Working cross-functionally with Customer Service, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to enhance the overall client experience.What we are looking for.Prior experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.Strong attention to detail and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities.Confident communicator who enjoys engaging with people from diverse backgrounds and building lasting relationships.Interest in financial markets and trading, with a willingness to learn and grow in the space.Additional language skills (e.g. Mandarin, Spanish, Vietnamese, Italian, German) are desirable but not required.A bit about life with usWe give you more time for what matters.Quarterly volunteer days: Give back to causes you care about.Work from Anywhere Weeks: Spend up to 2 weeks per year working remotely from anywhere in the world.Extra annual leave: To say thanks for your loyalty, each year youre with us, youll receive an additional day of leave.Parental leave: 10 weeks for primary carer, 2 weeks for secondary carer.Hybrid & flexible hours: Start early, finish early.
