Its our mission to re-define repair.The OpportunityWe are looking for our next Business Development Manager based in VIC whose primary function will be to engage, build and maintain sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships with a portfolio of new and existing customers within our Collision market.This role will work closely with our Sales Operations Manager to thoroughly understand the needs of existing customers and support those needs in a manner that makes a positive contribution to our operational goals their business. Then, replicate that knowledge to target newly identified potential customers to grow our business utilising our lead generation program.Role responsibilitiesBuild and foster positive relationships with the key Collision customers as their primary point of contact.Facilitate face-to-face and phone meetings with existing key Collision customers to understand their needs and their business.Present the Customers feedback on service levels, product quality and delivery and desired changes to the key internal stakeholders.Facilitate agreed changes or improvements as agreed to deliver a better experience for customers.Maintain customer portfolio efficiently.Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives.Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the industry to support ACM Parts growth and diversification and to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding customer expectations.Create and implement procedures/strategies to improve the customer outcomes and satisfaction levelsAnalyse sales reports to understand potential areas for improvement for each customerDoes this sound like you?Previous experience in sales and account managementAutomotive Parts/Panel knowledge able to interpret parts and panelsExperience in building business relationships/customer serviceAccount Managing/Business Development experienceAble to analyse reports and interpretHigh computer proficiencyHigh Attention to detailPersonable and patientBenefitsReward & recognitionCareer development and trainingReferral bonus for recommending a friend to work with usDiscounts on parts and toolsUniforms24/7 professional counselling for Team members and their immediate familiesWe champion our Team, because its our people that set us apart and drive our business'' success.
