This is a casual role involving travel to various locations.About The JobThe Client Experience and Events Expert creates memorable experiences for clients at every interaction and point of sale. Combining a commercial mindset with a passion for clients and products, this role contributes to the brand''s image and supports Chanel''s relational promise. It is a mobile role requiring travel.Key ResponsibilitiesSurpass client expectations by creating personalized experiences using the Chanel experience ritual.Proactively recruit and retain clients through podium, boutique, and retail partner events.Offer tailored skincare and makeup consultations along with professional treatments.Rebook clients to various Beauty rooms or locations.Qualifications and SkillsBeauty Therapy qualification with a passion for skin, facial massage, and personalized treatments.Customer service experience in retail or salon settings, with strong interpersonal skills.Flexibility to work across a roster supporting retail hours and busy periods.Understanding of data capture and its importance for the client journey.What Chanel OffersOpportunities to develop skills in luxury retail, skincare, makeup, and management through training, coaching, and career planning.
