This includes overseeing the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, advertising, collateral and recruitment events that support the organisations objectives. Operating with broad autonomy, the Brand Strategist leads a team to deliver these high-impact initiatives aligned with TAFE SAs strategic goals and government policy. The role involves managing complex tasks with significant potential political and financial implications. As part of its vision, TAFE SA is committed to becoming a sustainable and valued public sector organisation, delivering high-quality education and training to its customers.Key Responsibilities includeProvide strategic marketing services across TAFE SA to enable the achievement of business goals and priorities.Managing and providing leadership in the application of marketing techniques specific to the TAFE SA brand and products.Fostering relationships within TAFE SA to provide high quality marketing service.Key Selection Criteria:Experience leading a team under the pressures of competing deadlines to maximise performance outcomes.Sound knowledge of contemporary and emerging marketing trends and issues, and how they relate to a large complex organisation.Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising campaigns and communication strategies with specific KPIs and measurement tools.Knowledge of the national Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector, or similar industry and the related implications for marketing.Experience managing, developing and applying brand guidelines to maximise consistency across a large organisation.Experience providing high level strategic marketing advice with demonstrated high level communication and writing skills, in particular written content for public consumption.Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal Culture and Community.Special ConditionsThe successful applicant is required to demonstrate having a valid DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to being employed.
