With 200 hectares of vineyards, we produce premium wines for both export and domestic markets.The Opportunity:We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic and results-driven Sales Manager/Key Account Manager to join our dynamic Western Australian sales team. Based in the Perth area, you will drive sales and distribution of our wine portfolio within a defined territory, working with State Banner groups and National accounts. This role offers a great opportunity to be part of a team that values strong company culture and a passion for fine wine.Key Responsibilities:Manage key accounts including State Retail Banner groups and National accounts listings.Expand our independent retail accounts and increase our brand presence across the WA market.Build and manage strong relationships with customers and the sales team.Meet sales targets and execute monthly group promotional plans.Drive new business and identify sales opportunities in your territory.Represent our brands at trade events as well as conduct regular trade tastings/education.Handle administration requirements related to your territory.Lead a passionate and committed small sales team to achieve outstanding results.About You:We are seeking an individual who thrives in an autonomous role, excels at building and maintaining relationships and is driven by results.
