This is a full-time FIFO position on a 2:2 roster and is a great opportunity for a passionate leader.Who are we looking for?As the Catering Manager, you will be accountable for onsite catering operations. This role requires high motivation and focus. To be successful, you will need:Australian Citizenship or full Australian working rightsAbility to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing and police checkStrong Chef experience and work history (FIFO experience highly desirable)Certificate III in Commercial CookeryAdvanced Food Handlers Certificate or Food Safety Supervisor CertificateExperience in high-pressure catering, boardroom, corporate, hotel, or events environmentPrevious supervisory or management experienceAbility to manage a team of up to 30 staffExperience in menu planning and productionAbility to control food and labour costs, with analytical and mathematical skillsStrong financial and budgeting skillsWorking on-site with our teams means working 11 hours per day on an 8:6 roster (eight days at work and six days at home), often in extreme environments.
