About the Client:Government department tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Currently seeking for a talented Business Analyst to join their busy team for a casual 12 months temporary assignment.About the RoleAs a Business Analyst, you will work with impacted stakeholders to design and deliver improvements that deliver quality outcomes and enhance client experience. In addition, your key duties are as follows:Produce reports, interpreting data and analysing results using standard statistical techniques.Coordinate divisional and branch reporting requirements to monitor and track improvement and performance outcomes.Develop business functional requirements and resources, consistent with contractual, legislative and policy environments.Translate business metrics to inform internal stakeholder requirements including efficiency, improvement and performance outcomes to optimise customer experience.Design and deliver workshops, communication and consultation resources that support complex systems and business information gathering and sharing.Establish and implement governance and compliance processes, dashboards and management systems to track branch and divisional performance against plans and targets.Implement and maintain audit and risk processes, controls and undertaking issues resolutionAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you must have:Proven experience in a similar Business Analyst roleExperience with Customer Records Management Systems, including SalesforceExperience with developing and testing on-screen guidanceExperience developing and testing automated correspondenceStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelBenefits28th July start date pending clearanceCasual 12 months Temporary AssignmentFull-time hours, Monday to FridayHybrid working arrangement$60.26 per hour + superAdelaide, SA location*** Please note the successful candidate for the role must hold Australian Citizenship and be willing to complete federal police check **At Chandler Macleod, we are committed to fostering a diverse workforce where everyone is welcome.
