This role involves supporting the planning and execution of the commercial strategy across various teams including Revenue Management, Sales, Catering and Events, Marketing, eCommerce, and Public Relations, working effectively with area support teams. The primary focus will be on driving commercial strategies across all segments and channels to maximize revenue, profit, and market share penetration.This position acts as a key business partner to the Commercial Director for revenue decision-making and requires exceptional stakeholder management skills.Duties:Develop and execute commercial strategies with the Cluster Commercial Director to maximize revenue, profit, and market share.Support RMCC in establishing optimal sales mix, reviewing forecasts, developing strategies for demand periods, and approving pricing strategies.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including owners, hotel teams, Hilton Sales team, and CDT team.Provide monthly reports on sales leads and revenue.Assist in developing the hotel''s annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets and work plans.Produce the annual Revenue Plan, S&M budgets, and forecasts in collaboration with the team.Develop key account management strategies to increase Hiltons market power and align with customer buying preferences for Corporate, Leisure, and MICE segments.Create account plans to ensure sales resources are effectively mobilized to drive market share from high-potential key accounts.Implement measurement systems to track targeted account performance.Identify key retention and acquisition accounts annually for each salesperson.Actively seek new business sources.Manage travel manager and booker programs.Promote outbound sales for other Hilton hotels.Achieve targets for room nights and C&C revenue.Encourage movement of sales, events, and marketing personnel within the department and across Hilton hotels.Ensure effective recruitment, induction, training, and development processes for sales, marketing, and revenue management staff.Identify and develop talent within the team for future roles.Collaborate with the Marketing team to establish hotel positioning, including SWOT analysis, key messages, advertising, and promotional plans, and coordinate PR functions.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within international chain hotels.Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure.Self-motivated and innovative.Benefits include Team Member Travel Program, Family & Friends Travel Program, Hilton Food & Beverage Discounts, access to Hilton University with over 3000 courses, team member rates at DoubleTree Esplanade, and complimentary duty meals and dry cleaning of corporate attire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
