Drive strategic vision and roadmap for Appian Cloud''s networking infrastructure in a collaborative, innovative environment.Your roleKey responsibilities include:Owning the strategic vision and roadmap for critical networking infrastructure.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and deliver cloud services.Prioritizing and defining infrastructure features for strategic and sprint-level roadmaps.Analyzing customer use cases and technology trends to inform product strategy.Presenting ideas and progress on new features for feedback.Collaborating with engineers on design sessions and usability testing.Managing release and sprint backlogs with team members.Writing detailed specifications for stakeholders.Tracking adoption and usage of new features with metrics and analytics.Guiding features through completion, including documentation and bug prioritization.About youThe ideal candidate will have:Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master''s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.A strong technical background, likely in software engineering or computer science.Experience as a product owner with a deep understanding of availability, scalability, resiliency, and security.Ability to define and drive product roadmaps and negotiate priorities.Strategic mindset with examples of aligning customer needs into a cohesive roadmap.Belief in DevOps and Infrastructure as Code principles.Relevant experience with cloud infrastructure and networking principles.Experience with AWS networking services and Zero Trust Network Access.BenefitsAppian offers competitive compensation, health benefits, and a collaborative work environment.
