We are well known for our excellent content and the quality of the senior business executives, public sector leaders and key industry vendors that make up our audience.www.questevents.com.auWe currently have an exciting new opening, offering the opportunity to build on your marketing experience and become part of a fast paced team.Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns for our events, and assisting where needed on administrative marketing activities. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in a wide variety of B2B marketing communications activities including website back-end management, email marketing, digital and social media marketing, content marketing, print, brand development, copy writing and much more.We are seeking a driven individual with at least one to two years experience, with a good understanding of marketing principles.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintaining Quest''s event websites and make sure they are always fully up to date with the latest information and are always engagingMaintain and update social media channels. Create engagement with audiences on social networking sites including writing for blogs, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.Copywriting and proofreadingSet up marketing partnerships with external organizations which includes sourcing new partnersCoordinate design and production of conference branding, brochures, sales prospectuses, web banners and online/print advertsEnsure deadlines are met for advertising and content submissionBuild and design email marketing, social media and websites in HubSpotEssential skills and attributes requiredUniversity degree majoring in MarketingExposure to working within a CRM and marketing automation platform is a bonus (especially HubSpot) but not essentialAn ambitious self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude and strong work ethicAbility to work autonomously with limited supervision and still drive the work forwardExcellent attention to detailBe able to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and have strong negotiation skillsDemonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to proof and write creative copyAbility to meet deadlines and manage competing deadlinesPrevious experience will be highly regardedThis is an excellent opportunity to progress your career in marketing while also getting exposure to various B2B industry sectors.Please note that the company is based in Manly on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.
