Our team leads the strategy and execution behind Agodas most critical hiring initiativesearly careers pipelines, global referral programs, internal mobility, and signature recruitment events. We focus on building scalable solutions and partnering with leaders across the business to address evolving talent needs.The Opportunity:As a Recruitment Program Manager at Agoda, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our global talent strategy. Youll be responsible for designing, launching, and optimizing talent acquisition programs that address Agodas most critical hiring needswhether thats building early careers pipelines, scaling global referral initiatives, or driving internal mobility and so much more.This role is highly strategic and hands-on. Youll own the end-to-end program lifecycle: identifying opportunities, developing business cases, setting clear objectives, and managing execution through to measurable outcomes. Youll work closely with senior leaders, the People Team, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders to ensure every program aligns with Agodas goals and delivers real impact.Success in this role means balancing big-picture vision with operational excellence. Youll use data and insights to inform decisions, anticipate challenges, and continuously improve program effectiveness. Your ability to influence, build consensus, and manage relationships across functions will be key to driving adoption and achieving results.If youre passionate about talent strategy, thrive in a fast-paced, global environment, and enjoy turning ideas into scalable solutions, this is your opportunity to make a lasting mark on Agodas growth and culture.In This Role, Youll Get To:Drive Strategic Talent Initiatives:Design and scale innovative programsincluding early careers and development pipelines, global employee referral initiatives, and internal mobility frameworksthat directly support Agodas business growth and talent strategy.Lead with Data & Insight:Harness analytics to inform program design, optimize execution, and ensure every initiative delivers measurable improvements in hiring quality, speed, diversity, and business impact.Enhance Stakeholder Experience:Continuously elevate the experience for candidates, employees, hiring managers, and program participants by ensuring every interaction is seamless, engaging, and reflective of Agodas values.Build Strategic Partnerships:Work closely with senior leaders, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to align recruitment programs with organizational goals.
