With just under 200 clinics nationwide and a dedicated team of 1700 professionals, were committed to excellence and innovation in aesthetic care.A Bit about the role;We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist (9-Month FTC) to join our team at Wesfarmers MediAesthetics. This role will be responsible for executing and optimising digital marketing strategies across both paid and organic social media channels. Youll be at the intersection of performance marketing and content creation, leveraging your skills to create engaging content that resonates with our audience, drives brand visibility, and generates high-quality leads.A successful Social Marketing Specialist will be someone who understands what makes content convert, knows how to engage audiences across diverse platforms, and has a natural flair for creating compelling visual content. Youll be an integral part of our efforts to support our network of clinics and nurses while delivering results that matter.Key Responsibilities:Paid Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that align with Wesfarmers MediAesthetics brand goals, focusing on enhancing brand visibility, generating leads, and engaging with our audience across multiple platforms.Content Creation: Produce high-quality visual content for both paid and organic social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and engages our audience.Performance Marketing: Optimise social media advertising campaigns to maximise ROI. Use data and insights to adjust strategies, ensuring that campaigns are effective in driving engagement and generating leads.Brand Presence & Engagement: Consistently maintain and grow the brands presence on social media by producing engaging content that sparks conversation, builds community, and increases overall engagement.Support for Aesthetic Nurse Network: Work closely with our network of Aesthetic Nurses to provide engaging social media content and templates that highlight their services and drive consultations.Copywriting: Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy for paid campaigns (e.g. Meta ads, TikTok ads, Google Ads).Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (creative, digital, and sales teams) and external partners to execute cohesive campaigns and initiatives that drive results.Analytics & Reporting: Regularly monitor and analyse social media metrics and KPIs.
