Working closely with our Directors of the business and project managers, you will play a key role in assisting our partner agents to make sales in various apartments projects through effective customer service and fostering existing and new relationships.You will successfully achieve this by:Establishing and maintaining effective relationships that provides a platform for partner agents to make sales in allocated projectsPresenting to partner agents on all facets of your allocated projects and being the go to person for all queriesManaging the sales process and assisting partner agents as requiredCoordinating and engaging with partner agents including negotiating commission rates, agency agreements and access to projects / propertiesAssisting in the coordination of partner agent events to promote allocated projects and promote Colliers projects and brandQualificationsTo be successful in this role you will have:Agents Representative Certificate and/or Real Estate Licence;Basic knowledge of Melbourne property market and/or off the plan project sales;Exemplary written and verbal communication & presentation skills; andProactive, team orientated attitude including a high level of enthusiasm and initiative.Your experience will see you flourish in a dynamic sales environment highlighting your ability to build and maintain effective relationships as well as your proactive, tenacious attitude.Additional InformationFor over 20 years, Colliers Residential Victoria has been a leading force within the residential property industry, offering clients access to global networks and an unrivalled level of experience and knowledge.
