If this describes you, we would love to invite you to join us!We are currently recruiting a permanent full-time position as a Business Support Officer to join our Anglicare at Home Business Support Team. Based at Macquarie Park, the purpose of the role is to provide administrative support for the organisation and internal departments/teams.Key Responsibilities (not Limited To)Ensure that all administration processes are managed effectively through appropriate implementation, monitoring and ongoing improvements to processes where required.Arrange training and development and being involved in selection decisions.Update the relevant files in accordance with organisation guidelines and completing all related administration, filing and spreadsheet/database updates and contribution to the development of care plans.Ensure that general administrative tasks required of the position are completed on time, on budget, and to a high standard in compliance with organisation policies and procedures, by maintaining and improving admin procedures, processing documentation, completing, and distributing correspondence, recording information, organising meetings and completing clerical activities (filing, faxing, emailing, photocopying, archiving, mail distribution and so on).Control and allocate expenses and funds, balance reconciliations, and keep records, receive payments, manage bookings and enquiries, and comply with audit requirements.Skills, Knowledge And Experience NeededAdministrative training qualification.Customer service and/or business administration experience.Certificate IV in Business Administration, or similar.Benefits: NFP salary packaging benefits - reducing your taxable income by $15,900 plus an additional $2,650 for salary packaging accommodation, meals and entertainment | A staff rewards program that gives you discounts from over 400 retailers | Fitness Passport with access to over 800 gyms Sydney-wide.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates are encouraged to apply.Anglicare Jesus Christ honoured, lives enriched and communities strengthened.Applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible as applications may be reviewed prior to the closing date.
