About the role The role of the Implementation & Activation team within Wavemaker is to deliver the highest excellence in Implementation Planning and Buying, spanning both offline and online media types, powered by data, technology, and automation, ensuring client campaigns are executed and amplified effectively, efficiently, and with a future-facing approach. The scope of Implementation & Activation includes traditional media (TV, Cinema, Out of Home, Radio, Print, Digital Video, Display) and the online evolution of traditional media (Addressable TV, Programmatic OOH, Music Streaming, Podcasting). The Executive''s role is to implement approved client media plans, ensuring efficiency and rigor in the process. Skills & Experience Passion for Implementation Planning and Buying Well-developed, up-to-date media landscape knowledge (confidently able to articulate current consumer insights) Attention to detail Media buying experience Problem-solving mentality Clear communication skills Results-driven mindset, passionate about delivering business results for clients, with the ability to identify and articulate whats working and why What success looks like The easiest way to see if you have done a great job is when: In 3 months: Established collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders and internal reports Gained a strong understanding of the agency and group proposition, core Implementation & Activation processes, and our way of working Immersed yourself in the team with an understanding of all active and upcoming campaigns In 6 months: Demonstrated your ability to deliver on all aspects of the role efficiently, effectively, and proactively Owned the Implementation & Activation processes for specific clients/campaigns from end to end, regularly updating your manager and team on campaign performance with excellent attention to detail Strengthened key stakeholder relationships to ensure great teamwork In 12 months: Taking on greater ownership for campaigns and clients, increasing responsibility and volume Building strong relationships with publishers, representing Wavemaker professionally, and ensuring high-quality campaign delivery Working at Wavemaker Inclusive policies Flexible work environment Inclusive parental leave policy supporting all parents and carers Discounts and corporate benefits Continuous training and development opportunities Research shows that candidates from underrepresented backgrounds often don''t apply if they don''t meet all criteria.
