Business Development and Client Engagement Manager - Disability ServicesBusiness Development Manager Disability Services (SIL & Community Supports)We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join We Care Staffing Solutions for our Disability Services Division. We are a registered NDIS, DVA & Aged Care Packages service provider located in Narre Warren, Victoria, offering services across VIC, NSW, ACT, and QLD.In this key role, you will lead the growth of our services by building strategic referral networks, generating leads, and converting them into participant placements. You will work closely with families, Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators (LACs), and allied professionals to promote our service offerings.We offer:A friendly and supportive environmentAn opportunity to play a vital role in a growing companyA national organizationCareer progression and development opportunitiesTools of the trade: Laptop and mobile access to a company vehicleAn attractive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 plus superannuationKey duties and responsibilities include:Revenue generation and service growthDeveloping and managing strong referral pipelines through Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, LACs, hospitals, and community organizationsMaintaining existing clients and acquiring new businessGrowing and developing Supported Independent Living (SIL) within our NDIS servicesManaging new client intake and coordinating with external stakeholders until clients are fully transitionedImplementing marketing and communication strategies, including creating marketing collateral, social media campaigns, and advertisingMonitoring and reporting on key performance indicators and business analytics to senior managementDeveloping and executing strategies to meet revenue targetsPerforming other duties as directed by senior managementPreparing monthly reports for the Operations Manager, Strategy, Innovation, and GrowthThe ideal candidate will have:At least 2 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the disability industryExtensive experience with NDIS and Aged Care services, ideally in business development, intake, or support coordinationStrong knowledge of SIL, ILO, and SDA funding models and participant pathwaysProven ability to develop professional relationships leading to business growth and client retentionExperience in developing and implementing growth strategies aligned with organizational objectivesComprehensive understanding of the NDIS, relevant legislation, and standardsLeadership, stakeholder management, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with a positive attitude and a ''can-do'' approachMandatory requirements:In-depth knowledge of Disability Services and the NDIS frameworkReliable car and current driver''s licenseAbility to use CRM softwareIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Social media skills for posting ads and creating trafficWillingness to obtain or hold NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children''s Check, First Aid Certificate, and NDIS Worker Orientation Module CertificateIf interested, please contact HR - Fisi Tapatuetoa at 0410 040 127 for more information.Our values: Quality Care | Respect | Reliability | Accountability | Excellence | Commitment #J-18808-Ljbffr
