Junior Accountant / Office Manager / Project Traffic CoordinatorJunior Accountant / Office Manager / Project Traffic CoordinatorTOAST is seeking a passionate and dynamic Junior Accountant / Office Manager / Traffic Controller to join our close-knit team of TOASTies in our Sydney HQ.This is a unique hybrid role offering the opportunity to work at the core of an agile, global, award-winning strategic brand agency. Youll be the glue between finance, operations, and project workflow - playing a key role in keeping the team on track, the business running smoothly, and the leadership supported.What Youll Be Doing:Finance & AccountingXero bookkeeping and financial data entryManaging accounts receivable/payable and reconciliationsCash flow tracking and expense managementSupporting payroll and payroll tax processesAssisting with quoting, invoicing and financial reportingPreparing monthly reports and updating weekly finance spreadsheetsOperations & Office ManagementManaging day-to-day office operations and team supportHR administration, onboarding support, and document controlSetting up projects and terms & conditions for new clientsGeneral admin and ad hoc support for the MD and GMProject Traffic CoordinationOverseeing internal task flow and team schedulingCoordinating project timelines and resourcingSupporting project managers to track milestones and deliverablesEnsuring deadlines and priorities are aligned across departmentsAbout You:Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration2+ years experience in a similar hybrid role or within a creative/agency environmentProficient in XeroExcellent communication, both verbal and writtenMeticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skillsProven organisational and time management skillsSelf-starter with a collaborative, positive attitudeWho We Are:TOAST is a strategic brand agency working with leading organisations across the globe.
