Youll identify opportunities, respond to tenders, and shape solutions that match technical project needs with the right delivery teams.Youll work alongside a tight-knit, high-performing Adelaide team with the scale and support of a broader national consultancy behind you. While youll have freedom to approach clients across industries, the key focus is on government and defence where trusted, local delivery is essential.What Youll Be DoingIdentifying and closing new business opportunities in IT consulting and project servicesEngaging with clients to understand technical requirements and assemble delivery teams (PMs, BAs, .NET/Java Developers, Architects, etc.)Managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to solution design to closeCollaborating with internal stakeholders and technical teams to deliver best-fit solutionsFarming your own accounts and expanding engagement with existing clientsWhat Youll BringProven experience in outbound business development within IT services, consulting, or staff augmentation (not SaaS/product sales)A strong understanding of the tech landscapeCloud, Data, Software Development, DevOps, Testing, Architecture, etc.A consultative, relationship-first sales style with a track record of success in government or large enterprise environmentsSelf-starter energy, resilience, and an ability to thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving sales environmentWhy Youll Want to JoinYoull be part of a national team where youre more than just a number.
