Were building a company that we can all tell our grandkids about one day!What you will ownIn this role, youll take the reins on everything payments across Fusion Markets, Global Prime and Day1x think strategy, providers, compliance and making sure money moves fast, smoothly and securely. Reporting to the Global General Manager, you will be responsible for:Defining and leading the global payments strategy to improve speed, reliability, and ease of use for customer funding and withdrawalsOverseeing deposits, withdrawals, and internal fund flows across multiple entities, currencies, and regulated jurisdictionsBuilding and managing relationships with global and local payment providers to drive innovation and performanceLeading the integration and optimisation of payment platforms with Ops, Compliance, Risk, and Data to ensure scale and resilienceDriving automation and process improvements to remove friction and enhance the customer experienceEnsuring compliance with global financial regulations and leading regulatory engagement and auditsSetting the vision for the payments team, defining roles, development plans, and succession pathwaysSourcing and onboarding new payment providers to expand reach and improve localised optionsSupporting the Payments Lead and Manila team with training, clear expectations, and leadership developmentEmbedding a customer-first culture by ensuring all processes and tools are designed to resolve issues quickly and seamlesslyWhat we are looking for.Bachelors degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field; MBA or similar qualification preferred8+ years in senior payments or banking roles, ideally in fintech, brokerage, or multi-entity environmentsProven track record leading offshore and cross-functional teams in fast-paced or regulated settingsStrong knowledge of global payment systems , compliance (KYT, AML, chargebacks) and Crypto.Skilled in vendor management, commercial negotiations, and partnershipsDemonstrated ability to drive automation, regulatory compliance, and performance improvementsA bit about life with usWe give you more time for what matters.Quarterly volunteer days: Give back to causes you care about.Work from Anywhere Weeks: Spend up to 2 weeks per year working remotely from anywhere in the world.Extra annual leave: To say thanks for your loyalty, each year youre with us, youll receive an additional day of leave.Hybrid & flexible hours: Start early, finish early.
