With a focus on quality, efficiency, and innovation, we provide builders and developers with precise, durable framing systems using advanced manufacturing technologies. As we expand our operations, were looking for a capable and motivated Manufacturing Manager to lead our light steel facility in Penrith, Sydneys West, NSW.Job Responsibilities:Oversee the manufacturing and assembly of light steel frames, ensuring quality, accuracy, and efficiencyLead and manage a small team of casual assembly workers (24), ensuring a safe and productive work environmentManage the supply chain, including procurement of raw materials and scheduling of deliveries to client sitesOperate and oversee manufacturing processes, including light fabrication and machine operationMonitor production timelines and coordinate closely with project teams to meet deadlinesImplement and maintain quality control measures throughout the manufacturing processMaintain workshop equipment, tools, and safety protocolsContinuously seek ways to improve production workflows and reduce wasteRequirements:Experience operating Framecad machines is a strong advantageExcellent knowledge of light steel frame systems and componentsHands-on experience in manufacturing and assembling light steel framesExperience managing small workshop or assembly teamsBackground in supply chain management including procurement and logisticsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to manage priorities and work under minimal supervisionWhat You''ll Get in ReturnCompetitive salary based on experience, ranging up to 130-190K + SUPER.
