The role supports operational leaders by delivering actionable insights, enabling performance management, and embedding continuous improvement practices across workforce planning and operations. With a strong focus on data integrity and capability uplift, the role ensures alignment between operational activities and strategic objectives. This role influences leadership effectiveness by coaching on planning disciplines, promoting data literacy, and fostering a culture of accountability and development. This role is focused on Workforce Planning for MUFG Pension & Market Services'' administrative functions.Key Accountabilities and main responsibilitiesStrategic FocusIdentification of process improvements and qualification of cost benefitsDocument and maintain current and future state business processes to support continuous improvement initiativesUtilise data and insights to provide Operational Leaders with key performance metrics and measurements for successDesign and implement success metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiativesOperational ManagementAdminister updates to Workforce Management system EnlightenAlign workflow outcomes to key performance indicators to ensure that operational activities are effectively measuredDeliver Enlighten training to Operational LeadersCoach Leaders with how to run effective Weekly Planning, Weekly Review and Long-Term Planning meetingsIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement based on operational data and stakeholder feedbackDevelop forecast models to identify future workforce needsDevelop budget models for financial reportingCollaborate with the Finance team to provide insights into operational costs broken down by clientPeople LeadershipSupport Operational Leaders in interpreting and analysing data to measure individual and team performance metricsSupport Operational Leaders in understanding Enlighten Forecasting metrics, including how to effectively forecast future workload, determine FTE requirements and optimise resource utilisation across cross functional teamsBuild capability in operational teams by promoting data literacy and performance ownershipDemonstrate ownership of personal and professional development by actively seeking feedback, embracing learning opportunities and continuously building capability to support evolving business needsGovernance & RiskEnsure that workflow outcomes are accurately reported through EnlightenAnalyse quality reporting through Enlighten and identify potential improvementsEnsure data integrity and compliance with reporting standards within Enlighten and other workflow systems.
