Ensure that teams have the necessary resources, training, and support to perform effectively and meet organizational goals.Key responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement technology solutions and continuous improvementDevelop and deliver training programs for staff on CRMDynamics 365 and other systems best practices and system usage.
