Join us in shaping a future where business growth and personal fulfilment go hand in hand.As an Ecommerce Marketing Manager, reporting to our Paid Media Director, you will be a key contributor in driving media performance and account growth. Your responsibilities will include activation & optimisation, reporting & insights, testing and data analysis, and client communication across complex retail accounts.Primary Responsibilities:Manage and optimize retail media campaigns, including Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (primarily Amazon).Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets.Complete BAU tasks independently, including campaign builds, daily pacing, optimisation, and reporting.Create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights.Interface with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication.Collaborate with teams to achieve campaign goals and objectives.Stay up-to-date with new tools, trends, and best practices.Minimum Requirements:4+ years of experience in retail media within an agency setting.Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console (Sponsored Ads / DSP).Experience with third-party bid management platforms such as SKAI and Pacvue.Experience managing complex retail media budgets.Understanding of the retail industry and latest trends.Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for maintaining complex spreadsheets and producing high-quality documents.Client-centric attitude, with a passion for building long-lasting relationships and adding value to clients'' businesses.Process improvement mindset, seeking and implementing solutions to streamline workflows.Strong team collaboration skills, valuing diverse contributions.Adaptability to change strategies and plans as needed.Note: We emphasise skills, expertise, and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
