And while we take our work seriously, we also believe its important to enjoy the journey.We are looking for an Office Manager who shares our values and is ready to make a meaningful impact across the business.What Youll Be DoingReporting to our Business Support Manager, youll be the go-to person for all things office-related, making sure our spaces, systems, and resources are functional, organised, and well-maintained. We value innovative thinkers! You''ll have the freedom to identify areas for process improvement and implement new ways to enhance efficiency.While your primary base will be our Seven Hills office, youll also support our Wollongong office which will involve occasional travel to Wollongong to ensure both locations are running smoothly and consistently.Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and lab environmentsManaging vendors and service providers for cleaning, maintenance, IT, and securityOverseeing office and IT assets, including software access and user support coordinationCoordinating internal projects related to office operations and improvementsMaintaining accurate timesheet submissions and reportingFacilitate internal and external communication, ensuring consistency in company correspondence.Assist with the management and accountability of company vehiclesIdentifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflowFostering a professional, respectful, and well-functioning workplace across all teamsWho You AreYoure someone whos not just great at what you do, but also down-to-earth and genuinely enjoys helping others.
