OverviewOur aim is to develop joint business initiatives with retailers, creating compelling category and brand plans that delight shoppers both in-store and online. As part of the Sales team, you will join a dynamic, multi-functional environment in a fast-paced industry, taking on real business responsibilities for leading consumer brands. We seek individuals capable of fostering mutually beneficial relationships. Responsibilities Develop, sell, implement, and evaluate business plans to meet or surpass financial objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise strategies and plans. Manage and enhance distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising efforts. Translate business plans into measurable selling points for customers. Build productive relationships with key customer contacts and promote mutually beneficial business plans. Utilize analytical tools and integrate data systems to generate insights. Contribute to retailer category strategies. Job Qualifications Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or NZ Resident. Currently completing final year of a Bachelors degree or a recent graduate. Passionate about stakeholder management and communication. Must hold an Australian Drivers License. Experience in FMCG or retail industry is preferred. Minimum credit average in university results. Demonstrated leadership experience, such as leadership roles in clubs, teams, or societies. Well-rounded life experience, including community involvement. Collaborative team player with a competitive spirit. Analytical thinker capable of strategic thinking and fostering innovation.
