You will be supported by a dynamic, family-owned company that values innovation and flexibility, empowering you to bring fresh ideas and drive business growth in a rapidly evolving operating theatre sales environment.What background do you need for this role?Proven sales experience within medical devices, preferably capital sales to hospitals.Ideally clinical knowledge or experience with surgical medical procedures.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted advisor relationships.Self-motivated with the capability to independently manage and grow a sales territory, particularly in northern Sydney.Valid drivers license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.Openness to learning and developing product knowledge, especially focused on endoscopy equipment and related consumables.What sort of person are they looking for?High emotional intelligence, maturity, and adaptability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders, from nurses to senior doctors and hospital management.Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively, respond promptly, and provide expert advice tailored to customer needs.Tenacity and resilience to persistently follow up and support customers, even in challenging situations.Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.What''s in it for you?A dynamic and supportive work environment within a well-established, family-owned company with a passionate and professional manager.
